 Our three primary focuses are:

• No Lines at the register.  This all stems from my experiences at certain other large retail chain establishments that allow their customer to wait in 5-10 minute lines.  That is unacceptable and it will not happen here. 
  
• Walking you to the product you're looking for.  I've been sent on way too many product hunts at large retailers.  I usually end up frustrated and lost.  They're like, "It's an aisle 13."  And I think to myself, "Awesome, Aisle 13 is 200 feet long."  Anyway, I can't guarantee that we will always walk you to the product, but we're sure going to try. 
• Carry outs.  If you want to be helped out, we want to help you. 

We deeply value our customers and realize you can go anywhere, and you decided to shop with us, which is why we do everything we can to make sure your shopping experience is memorable. 

We have three sommeliers, beer experts and spirit enthusiasts on staff, ready to help.

We have a saying around here that goes a little like this, "Customers come first, everything else can wait."
